Conclusion:

Having participated in this informed election process, you have an idea of how much work goes into campaigning and electing a US president. Because there were no political party affiliations, you may have solely used the candidate’s platform to gage whether or not the candidate would make a good president.

Here are some other questions to consider:

  1. Did other factors influence your decision? If so, what factors?
  2. If your candidate was affiliated with a political party, which party do you think he/she will be affiliated with?
  3. Do you think political parties are important, why?
  4. Do you think many people research the candidates before voting?
